I liked highly trained and professional employees!
The room was modern and spotless with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and free toiletries in the private bathroom. The bed was very clean with feather pillows. The hotel was placed in the central location up to the bars in the main part of the zone. Spent a nice evening at Gracia Cocina de Autor, located a short walk from the venue.

Everything was high quality, decent location to the main business areas from here, the staff were very professional. The room was contemporary and extremely pleasant, included with amazing showers and ultra-modern decor, as for instance. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. In a safe neighborhood, with an airport taxi available for $10 USD. Very quiet with a running fountain and lovely garden. Helpful staff, arranged airport shuttle and provided breakfast to-go for early departure.

Efficient and friendly staff from the receptionist who graciously accommodated our postponed reservation due to illness and nothing was trouble for them. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Zona Viva. Also was close to a zoo and casinos.
